Tangled emotions

Nature is the best therapy when you have tangled emotions.

Take the time to go for a walk in Nature or even a city park.

Breathe deeply, touch the trees, look up the sky. Be in the present moment.

If this is not possible for whatever reason there is…  spend some minutes outside to take a deep breath.

If this is not possible either, then get as closer to an open window as you can and take more than a few deep breathe.

That energy is essential to your balance.

When you have tangled emotions or when your mind does not seem to stop worrying… search for some alone time with Nature.

Nature is the best therapy… try it… and observe.
