Frosted mini-wheats

You can stay connected to your source and be yourself. You can say connected to your source within and be who you are with no need to pretend to be better and wiser because your Ego might make you believe you should.

You can show your uniqueness without having to disconnect yourself from your beliefs.

Being yourself and enjoying life and enjoying all that is that you like is yours to be.

Being connected to your source and connected to your inner guidance does not mean you have to meditate all day long or enter a monastery lifestyle.

Enjoying life is your birthright.

Finding peace from within is also your birthright.

Balancing it all is your journey.

You can show your uniqueness without having to disconnect yourself from your dreams… whatever they are.

There is so much you can enjoy and there is so much you can achieve having fun towards it.

Yes, sometimes you might feel a need for more quietness and more stillness than other times… it is all part of a balanced life.

This always reminds me of those two sided mini-wheat cereals where one side is frosted and sweeter.

You can stay attached to your source and show you colors, your sweetness, your fun and joy… as long as you remain true to yourself.
