Beautiful reminder that in order to be able to forgive and heal the soul… living with a loving intention, for yourself, for the others, for the earth… acceptance of what is and of the people that are into your life in your now, and the situation that you are going through are there for your personal life lessons… the ones the soul enjoys learning and experiencing… with love. . Not understanding why a situation is not going away or why some people are in your environment… is not taking the time to say “okay, what do I need to learn here, show me what do I need to learn”… with an open mind and from a loving point of view… for yourself … and often you can easily find the answer behind the fears you have. When it is too hidden for you to see it, ask your inner guidance to help you see and… be open to accept what it will be. . Often it is to gain strength, or courage. Other times it is to help you change your definition of love, or compassion, or forgiveness, or ___ . Definition that are not ego-based. . Not accepting to see the truth, (not your ego-oriented truth)… can make it painful, emotionally or physically. . How about today you take some time to meditate or pray on what hurts or disappoints you… so you can see where the truth is the ego one and your personal misaligned one. . Enjoy the process. Once you accept that nothing happens without a reason, you can forgive…. Maybe to help you with this, you can even add “divine” reason which might help you understand that you do not always know the reason or not yet. . When you forgive, you allow what was and what is… to be. You allow love to shine over the situation and from the situation. . You allow yourself to trust that it was necessary for known or unknown reasons. You allow love to emanate from it because you free yourself from it and be the love that you are. . When you forgive you allow the pain to be set free, the pain that you feel deep within. . Take the time to look into what you do not forgive… and you can see what you do not accept with it, from it. . Take the time to see what you do not accept and why… from an ego-oriented belief… or beliefs… from being not flexible to learn your life lessons… from ___? . Ask for your inner guidance to help you with that non acceptation… ask to see it with a loving point of view so you can see and know what to do with it so you can forgive. . Do you have the tendency to overthink… everything? When you do, it makes it difficult or more difficult to listen and look for the signs and be inspired as you don’t really let any space for them to come in and catch your attention because your overthinking takes all the space there is, all the time there is. . When you overthink… you are telling the Universe that you prefer managing it on your own. And well… you might find yourself feeling that you are… managing it on your own. . How often have you found yourself thinking some more about something, overthinking it… because you did not like the answers or solution that you were offered? . Ask yourself… "What do I need to learn or get about this that is annoying me this much?" "Why can’t I seem to be able to let go of this subject or why does this conversation cannot seem to be over?" "What am I supposed to see from this, with this?" And do not ask someone else… ask within. . You might discover from this that it upsets you, it makes you angry… and that this strong feeling is the little boost you need to step up and say enough is enough… and be what makes you move into a new direction, or take a decision… that you were avoiding for too long… not listening to your inner guidance and inner voice. . Sometimes, being patient is good and sometimes you might mistake being patient about something with avoiding something else. And the more you get upset about it… the more you can see you are avoiding and not being patient. . Take the time to see what you are avoiding today. It does not mean jump and be impulsive… it means be aware of it, ask inner guidance, strength and courage to stop being patient where you are asked to take action.
