Are you still waiting for the weekend to live? Are you waiting for “the after” to do what you like and change some things… like you were maybe waiting for weekends or retirement? . You are given a major universal opportunity to change without the guilt of taking the time to do so, without the guilt of enjoying the time it takes to plan the changes or what you would have loved to do instead… if you had more time to work on it… from and with what you have… one step at a time. . What are you doing with your time, what are you doing with your now? It might have been hard or fun, depends on you, to suddenly be in some sort of confinement, as the definition of confinement differs from one person to another depending of their surroundings and lifestyle, but while you must “wait”, using that time wisely is your responsibility…. unless you are still waiting for the weekends and for the vacations to live your life, to get on with your projects, to enjoy your me-time, to clean or whatever you were waiting to do. . For the ones that are not in the same type of confinement going to work in another confinement space, you are also given an opportunity to observe yourself and start planning in your daydreams the changes you wish for yourself “after”, without waiting for the weekend to dream a little. . I also love how a change of habits helps personal devotion. A devotion is not a vocation. It is a loyalty and a commitment to what you chose to do not only for the thing you do but to keep your well-being, either physical or mental well-being. You have the chance to see what you are devoted to and make the course-correction to be devoted to positive things. . So, are you waiting for the weekend because you made your now your new Monday to Friday norm by going with the flow of your ego not really knowing what to do and waiting for the weekend to arrive again, or are you using this time to step up and make it count? . It will not be like it was because it is still going forward. Being grateful is a spiritual practice. When you are grateful, you acknowledge. . Some are grateful for the good and the wonderful and some are grateful for every single thing, no matter if it is good or not because they understand the why(s) of it all. When you do not understand, you can ask within in order to overcome the unknown. Sometimes it comes as a direct answer and other times it can come from having an overview or a different standpoint to help the question vanish and no longer catch your attention. . Does this sound familiar to any other practice? . You can start by being grateful for all you enjoy and like and see… then you can go on with being grateful for all those feelings and good that came out of those… then you can keep going with what else comes to your mind that you know you are grateful for… then you can also add all that was not at first to you a good thing but you can see good came out of it, changes came out of it… then you can keep going with everything else that pops into your mind that you can add to your list. This is a part of how I teach gratitude. Step by step. . When you are grateful, you connect yourself to your inner being, you get closer to your authentic self. . When you are grateful you uplift your energy and you can open yourself to love energy. . When you are grateful without restriction, you open yourself to accepting what is without conditions and without a non-loving interpretation and understanding. . The success of your present moment is sometimes into how creative you are vs how “robot-like” you are… are you going through your present moment without being aware of it to make it count in allowing yourself to be creative in your now, or are you going through it like a robot following without thinking? . Being creative is being open with new ideas or perception; it is letting your imagination dream and create; it is putting a little personal touch; it is adding a little kind and personal word; it is being yourself when doing something; it is adding your little uniqueness to something… . Being creative is being original in each present moment. Some things might be repetition and yet, there is always a possibility to be creative about it, either with something visible or in the way you can think. . The success of your present moment is related to how creative you allow yourself to be with your now, your thoughts, your mind, yourself. . The success of your present moment does not mean it is always positive and enjoyable, but it means that whatever it is, you bring originality to it, not some already made thoughts and beliefs and way to act or be. When you are not following the robot-like response, you make yourself aware of it in a very different way, a way from which you can make each moment a little success and sometimes success is simply going through with awareness. . Do you criticize on a few details out of context… without having all the story and scenario? . Do you hear or see something and because it was your viewpoint at that moment, it became a truth for you? A truth is created on what you observe, feel, see, hear… It is created with the information you have at the moment you have them. . A distant viewpoint makes it impossible to criticize and judge since it can bring you an understanding of all the details in place, details that can be comprehend with that further overview standpoint. And even then, you might not have all the behind the scene information. So, when there are some details not making sense for you, ask within to clarify them and see the judgement vanish. . When you catch yourself criticizing anything, stop to tell yourself that you do not have the clear overview to understand, stop to tell your ego-oriented mind from creating different scenarios than the one already in place you simply not see. . When your close perception twist something into a reality that pleases your ego-oriented mind, it can bring many negative emotions that you might feed with scenarios that for you can be plausible…. and when you step back to a further point of view, some details will make sense and some will lose the importance you gave it when it was the only thing you were seeing. . Be wise to step back when you judge. You will see miracle shift of energy and mindset when you do. . Enjoy the process. 💫Beautiful message about stepping out of #comfortzone under a successful energy is a way to move things. Make sure you do it in a kind and loving way and not under ego-based influences which is alway possible to course-correct... if... with a loving solution. . It is always okay to stand your ground and sometimes it might creates some frictions. Those frictions can help move things forward when addressed wisely and kindly. Using inner guidance and courage to keep standing your ground with a loving and kind way open to a well-being solution, to a highest good solution... not an ego-based desired solution. .
