HOW TO DEVELOP A GRATITUDE ATITUDE
Four specific steps to turn a gratitude response into a Gratitude Attitude.
Everybody can be grateful when life is easy. Everybody can find things to be grateful for when sitting down to list possible positive things. There is a beautiful difference between a gratitude response and a Gratitude Attitude.
Having a Gratitude Attitude means being able to effortlessly see everything that is in its entirety. It does not mean you will wear pink glasses and see sunshine everywhere, but it will make you see that there is no negativity without positivity and that everything is happening because of a need for expansion. To see that “expansion reason”, you might need to move a little—mentally, not physically— to have a different observation point and a different perception.
This book teaches you how to turn a gratitude response into a Gratitude Attitude to slowly make it a habit of well-being that will stay effortlessly, a habit that will become a lifestyle.
