I see more #awareness I see a #beautiful opening to awareness. . People becoming aware of how their life is unbalanced because they found themselves in a shaking #lifestyle situation. . Parents becoming aware of their disconnection with their #children now they must cope with how and who they are now not years ago. . Couples becoming aware of their unbalanced relationships now they must cope with how/who they are now not years ago. . People becoming aware of their animal’s loyalty now they spend more time with them seeing how much they can do and how much there is to do with them. . People becoming aware of their unbalanced habits now they find themselves coping with themselves. . People becoming aware other people they meet now they must be aware of this physical length distancing with them when they cross paths. . People becoming aware of their judgmental mindset now they must be aware of their #environment and their personal responsibilities. . People becoming aware of their surroundings and what they have now they must make the best of it. . People becoming aware of what they like and dislike now they are not automatically going here and there just to fill in some time and ego-based needs. . People becoming aware of their thoughts and the ones they feed now they must cope with them consciously for their sudden priceless well-being. . People becoming aware of their personal impact when they travel, now they see the global affect and importance of not being there. . People becoming aware of the beautiful planet now it is going through a major #springcleaning . People becoming aware of their true needs instead of their ego-based needs. . People becoming aware that time is of no essence on its own. . Do you see it too? Are you becoming aware? . It does not matter if you were already ready for this or not, it will matter that you keep your awareness alive. There is a saying on how it takes 21 days to change a habit… and another one saying it takes 90 days to make it a lifestyle. . Being aware of something is being #mindful of what is. Have you ever seen two person doing exactly the same thing with the same external conditions… where only one was having a happy energy? . Bringing joy into everything you do is your personal task or mission or assignment. It is a personal well-being life assignment. . When you are fully into your present moment, you can understand the importance of everything you do and also that your present moment is the one you are living therefore, enjoying it is your main well-being priority.  It does not take away the rest of your life or troubles, if any,  but it does not have either to carry the weight that does not belong to it. . It does not matter what kind of situations you are in and even if it is one you wish to change or get rid of… whatever you are doing in your now can be done with joy and a lighter energy. . It is up to you to either feed where your mind is focusing while doing it, or to be more into your now where worrying and being negative or feeding the negativity will not help your energy. . Take the time to see where your focus is when you do not enjoy what you are doing.  Use that awareness to do the self-help work you can do collaborating with your inner being to learn how to enjoy everything you are doing. Use gratitude to shift your focus if you need to stop some negative thoughts. . Enjoy the process. How often do you listen to yourself before asking anything to the Universe, either in mediation, or prayers, or in however way you are doing it? . Do you take the time to be and observe before asking some help your ego-oriented thoughts might make you think is what to ask for? And do you ask to please your ego or to align yourself with your highest good? . Do you ask with fear-based and negative emotions something you alone think is what will make you feel good, or do you ask to feel good and feel happy effortlessly in any way the Universe knows will allow you to reach that state? . When you take the time to listen, your requests become course-corrections for you to reach that harmony and peace of mind and peace of heart. . Take the time to #listen to yourself before asking and you will see how magical your prayers become when you do. . Listen to your self-talk, listen to your deeper questions and desires, listen to your ego-based self-talk, listen to what you are afraid to ask… as all those hide what you are actually asking, but often without noticing and then cannot see you keep receiving answers over answers over answers… and cannot appreciate them as you did not know what you were truly asking in the outcome offered to you. . Have you ever noticed how animals create a sudden well-being? Either you have one or like looking at animal pictures or documentaries, it creates an almost instant shift of energy, and right after, it is like if a new beginning is offered to you… where you can shift your focus from what it was before… to something new, different. . And it is up to you to go back and feed what was before, or what that new energy felt and brought to you to focus on something different or with a different view… one of love and well-being… and go with the flow from there. . Their energy is a pure one and one of empathy which creates a well-being, and it is when you feel good or better that you are more open to shift your thoughts. . When you do not have an animal, take the time to add the ones you love into your life. The electronic era makes this easy now even more. . The animal kingdom allows you to connect within. . The animal spirit message each one brings into your life when one gets your attention is to assist you towards your awareness of your now so you can shift your focus and open yourself to a new perception or  new understanding or a newness that is very personal to you. . The beauty with your negative emotions is that each negative emotion can serve as an indicator telling you that somewhere, somehow, you are not in harmony with yourself… and your inner guidance, your inner compass and your authentic self. . Each negative emotion is telling you that you are the one in conflict with your own actions from the heart… maybe following the ego-based thoughts. . Each negative emotion is making you aware that some adjustment is needed, and that adjustment must come from you in order to uplift your own energy and inner light. This is when an ego-based thought can come in making you believe that the outside conditions must be adjust so your negative emotion can go away. . When you are not feeling good and have a negative emotion about something… you are simply not following up with your highest good, and as soon as you course-correct that, the negative emotion will vanish… which will be a good indicator that you have made the right correction or that there is still some personal adjustment to do. . Yes, sometimes it might require some courage or strength, so ask within to help you with that and remember to listen and follow the signs and open doors for the course-correction. .
